Booking Terms
We have a 4 night minimum due to cleaning logistics. We allow a minimum of 24 hours between bookings to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Please note all bookings require a $250 security deposit or credit card deposit (through Homeaway) which is fully refundable
1: Send us an email to confirm the requested dates are available - along with your postal address and contact phone number.
2: Once we respond to confirm your dates, we will require a 30% deposit to hold the dates and secure the booking.
3: The final balance is due 14 days before the stay - for bookings outside school holiday periods or 21 days prior for school holiday bookings.
4: We will send you a reminder when the balance and bond payment is due.
5: Once final payment is received we will contact you with key instructions & directions.
6: A full refund is offered up to 30 days before the stay. Under 30 days notice, deposits will be refunded provided we can fill the vacancy which we will do our best to do. It is always our preference to give you a full refund but note we are a small business and last minute cancellations end up costing us.
